While we're based in Auckland, we provide our services throughout New Zealand. For events in Auckland and surrounding areas, we offer comprehensive on-site support. For destinations further afield, we provide design consultation, equipment rental, and can arrange for technical setup and support through our network of partners.

While traditional event designers focus primarily on decor, our approach integrates interactive digital elements, holographic displays, smart lighting, and custom technological solutions that respond to your guests and the event atmosphere. We offer both options. You can rent individual products like our holographic displays or interactive LED floor for a specific event, or you can invest in a comprehensive design program that includes multiple elements working in harmony. Our team can help you determine which approach best suits your event needs and budget.

Some of our more advanced systems do have specific requirements for power, space, or ceiling height. However, we've designed many of our products to be adaptable to a variety of venues. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your venue details and can visit the location if necessary to ensure our designs will work effectively in the space. We're experienced at finding creative solutions for venue limitations.

Absolutely! Custom solutions are one of our specialties. Our team of designers and technologists can create bespoke experiences tailored specifically to your event. Whether you need a custom holographic display featuring your company's products, an interactive installation that tells your love story, or a unique technological element that's never been seen before, we can bring your vision to life.

For standard rentals and packages, we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance, particularly for events during peak season (November-February). For custom designs and comprehensive styling programs, 6-12 months advance booking is ideal to allow sufficient time for concept development, testing, and production. However, we understand that some events come together quickly, so don't hesitate to contact us even for shorter timeframes—we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our design process typically follows these steps:

Your level of involvement can be tailored to your preference and availability. Some clients prefer to be deeply involved in every decision, while others prefer to provide initial guidance and then trust our team to handle the details. At minimum, we'll need your input during the initial consultation, concept approval, and perhaps a mid-point check-in. Beyond that, you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

Yes, we can provide a portfolio of our previous projects during our consultation. While some of our designs are created under confidentiality agreements, we have an extensive collection of approved case studies and examples we can share. We can also arrange for you to visit our studio to see some of our technology in action, or potentially connect you with past clients who might be willing to share their experiences.

We take extensive precautions to prevent technical issues, including thorough testing, redundant systems, and backup equipment. For all events, we have technicians on-site throughout the duration to monitor systems and resolve any issues that might arise immediately. In the rare case of equipment failure, we have contingency plans and rapid-response protocols to ensure minimal disruption to your event. Our pricing varies based on several factors:

We offer product rentals starting from $1,800 NZD, while comprehensive design programs typically range from $5,000 to $25,000+ NZD depending on scope. We provide detailed quotes after our initial consultation when we understand your specific requirements.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and begin the design process. The remaining balance is typically due two weeks before your event, though payment schedules can be adjusted for larger projects. For custom designs requiring significant development work, we may implement a milestone-based payment schedule.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and corporate purchase orders from approved businesses. International clients can pay via international wire transfer or through our secure payment portal. All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: 75% deposit refund
• Cancellation 60-90 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellation 30-60 days before the event: 25% deposit refund
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: No refund

For custom design work already completed, additional fees may apply regardless of the cancellation timeframe. We understand that circumstances can change, so we're willing to discuss rescheduling options when possible.
